Friendly staff, convenient location, but most importantly, excellent chiropractic care. Dr. Pappacina really listens to his patients and spends a lot of time treating you. I’ve seen several chiropractors over the years and some are rushing you out the door in 15-20 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever had a session at Budd Lake Chiropractic that took less than an hour. I used to go when I had an acute problem, but now I go every other month to prevent the neck and back issues I’ve experienced in the past.

My wife and I have been going to Budd Lake Chiro for about 7 years now, maybe a bit more. I had been seeing another chiropractor in the area and was just not satisfied because I suffer from chronic pain and the doctor there didn't spend more than 5 minutes with me. But Dr. Pappacena is amazing. He's detail oriented and will not rest until he has found every spot on you causing pain. I credit my ability to be on my feet all day pain free to him. Staff is very friendly, accommodating when u need to make a schedule change. The massage is extremely satisfying and knowledge in talking with you. Very professional. Always get quality care, not a rushed though appointment. Very relaxed atmosphere. Prior to adjustments you receive a massage and other therapies like electric stim. Dr. Pappacena's head to toe adjustments are gentle and very effective. The adjustments are targeted to your specific pain as well as aligning your whole body. I have not been to another chiropractor quite like him. You will leave feeling great.
